Access Over Lack exists to close opportunity gaps through practical education, mentorship, exposure, wellness, financial literacy, workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, nature-based learning, and community connection.
The Problem
Talent is everywhere. Access isn’t.
Many young people and underserved community members face limited exposure, lack of mentorship, financial pressure, unstable environments, and few clear pathways to opportunity.

We combine real-life education, mentorship, guided conversations, hands-on activities, nature-based learning, financial literacy, workforce readiness, emotional development, and community partnerships to help participants build stronger futures.

Second Path Life Lab
Second Path Life Lab is an 8-week life skills and opportunity program helping young people build identity, emotional regulation, communication skills, financial awareness, workplace readiness, entrepreneurship thinking, and a personal next-step plan.
